On 28 September 2006, Mike Martindale exercised options from the PSP2003 scheme
at a total exercise price of £1. He subsequently sold 6,078 shares to cover the
tax liability arising from the options exercise.

As a consequence, Mr Martindale's holding of ordinary shares in Expro has
increased by 8,692 shares to a total of 27,472 shares. This is equivalent to
0.025% of the issued capital.

R Mair
On 29 September 2006, Robin Mair exercised and sold 4,695 options from the
PSP2003 scheme at a total exercise price of £1.
