VR Education Holdings plc (AIM: VRE; ESM: 6VR), a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company focused on the education space, announces that on 8 May 2018 Tony Hanway, a Director, bought 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16 pence per share, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
Prior to this purchase of shares, Tony Hanway held nil ordinary shares in the Company.
