                          "Two new Board Appointments"



Expro International Group PLC, the oilfield services company, today announced
two new appointments to the Board with immediate effect.


Roger Boyes joins as a non-executive director.  Formerly Finance Director with
the Halifax Group PLC, Roger has extensive knowledge of the Financial Service
Industry and the City together with a broad based background in the
international engineering sector.  He is currently a non-executive director of
Heywood Williams Group PLC and British Vita Plc.


Mike Martindale joins as executive director Eastern Hemisphere, to compliment
Graeme Coutts' role in the United States, as executive director Western
Hemisphere.  Mike joined the Group in 1995 and has over 30 years experience in
the oil industry, gained with operators such as Shell and Texaco.


Other than the above there is no information, which would require disclosure
under paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to 6.F.2 (g) and paragraphs 16.4 and 16.5 of the
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.


Commenting on the appointments, Chief Executive John Dawson, said: "We are very
pleased to be welcoming both Roger and Mike to the Board.  Roger's wealth of
experience on the Boards of a variety of UK companies along with Mike's
extensive engineering and commercial experience in the oil industry will further
strengthen the Expro Board."
