EXPRO INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC
PROPOSED REDUCTION OF SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT AND CANCELLATION OF CAPITAL
REDEMPTION RESERVE
Expro International Group PLC (the Company) announces that its proposal to
cancel (a) £61,649,000 of the Company's share premium account (standing at
£61,649,405 at the date of the last audited accounts); and (b) the Company's
capital redemption reserve of £24,143, was duly approved by its shareholders
today at an extraordinary general meeting.
Subject to the confirmation of the High Court at a hearing scheduled to be heard
on 23 March 2005, the capital reduction is expected to become effective on or
about 24 March 2005.
