Mason Capital Management LLC ("Mason") is not registered with the SEC. It controls 6.08% of the voting rights in Expro International Group plc. Mason crossed the 3% threshold and 4% threshold on 23 May 2008 (3.26% of the voting rights) and 2 June 2008 (4.89% of the voting rights) respectively. It increased its holdings to 6.08% on 4 June 2008.
