Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company hereby notifies that as at 30 April 2010 the Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.05.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.  

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 775,027,922, which may be used by shareholders in order to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
