Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors following Admission to the Main Market

GVC Holdings PLC, a leading online gaming operator in both b2c and b2b markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of two Independent Non-Executive Directors following the Company's admission to trading on the Official List (Standard Segment) of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange for listed securities.

Further to the strategic recruitment of Shay Segev as Chief Operating Officer and Nick Batram as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy, the Company has appointed the following independent Non-Executive Directors to the Board:

§ Mr Stephen Morana

§ Mr Peter Isola

The appointments reflect the Company's ongoing commitment to enhanced corporate governance in line with its desire to move up to the Premium Segment of the Main Market as soon as practicable.

Stephen Morana is widely recognised for his e-commerce expertise, particularly as a specialist in the online gaming sector having spent ten years as part of the management team at Betfair Plc. He joined Betfair in 2002, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2006 and also served as Interim CEO in 2012. Stephen is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Zoopla Property Group Plc, the FTSE 250 digital media business, which he joined in 2013 and helped float in 2014. Stephen is also a Non-Executive Director of boohoo.com plc. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the INSEAD alumni.

Peter Isola joins the Board as an expert in gaming law and regulation with experience advising numerous e-commerce clients. He is a Gibraltarian and is domiciled in Gibraltar. He currently holds non-executive directorships at numerous respected Gibraltar businesses including Gibraltar International Bank Limited, Hercules Fund PCC Limited and Callaghan Insurance Brokers Limited, all regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Since 2007 Mr Isola has been a Senior Partner at Isolas in Gibraltar and was initially called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Gibraltar Bar in 1982. Mr Isola is renowned in his sector and is currently a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and a Council Member of The Gibraltar Bar Council.
