                     Appointment of VP Business Development


The Directors of GVC, the e-gaming business, are delighted to announce the
appointment of Per Gustafsson as VP Business Development.  Per brings over 21
years experience in sales and business development, and seven years experience
in Internet gaming enterprise software.  Formerly Per was the sales executive
manager with the Company's casino software vendor, Boss Media.  Per will assume
responsibility for GVC's worldwide business development including working with
Boss to deliver superior and robust products to the Company and its customers.

Company as it expands into Europe,' stated Gustafsson. ' I strongly believe in
