Director / PDMR Shareholding

GVC Holdings PLC (AIM: GVC), a leading online gaming company, has been informed that today:

- Mr Kenneth Alexander, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, bought 30,000 ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at 107.5 pence per Share.

- Mr Richard Cooper, Finance Director of the Company, bought 10,000 Shares at 107.5 pence per Share.

- Mr. Lee Feldman, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 16,700 Shares at 107.5 pence per Share.

Following these acquisitions, the beneficial interests in the Company of each of these directors is set out below:
