The Company was notified yesterday that Norbert Teufelberger, Non-Executive Director of GVC Holdings plc, has sold 460,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 490p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Teufelberger has an interest in 2,755,264 Ordinary Shares representing 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
