Grant of Options

Gaming VC Holdings S.A. (AIM: GVC), a leading European online gaming company, announces that, on 11 December 2008 Richard Cooper, Finance Director of the Company, was granted options to subscribe for a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of €1.24 each in the Company at a price of £1.26 per share, being a 20% premium to the average closing mid market price of an ordinary share for the three dealing days prior to the announcement on 5 December 2008 of Richard Cooper's appointment.

The options were granted pursuant to and subject to the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan and will vest over 4 years.  

As at 11 December 2008, the Company had 31,135,762  ordinary shares in issue.
