On 9th December 2005, the Company received notification that J O Hambro Capital 
Management Limited has an interest in 1,797,911 Ordinary Shares in Gaming VC 
Holdings S.A, representing approximately 5.77% of the share capital of the 
Company.

This holding of 1,797,911 shares includes a holding of 86,467 shares by FF&P 
Small Cap UK Equity Fund, a sub-fund of FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund and 
a client for which J O Hambro Capital Management Limited acts as Investment 
Manager, and a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A 
Companies Act 1985 of 1,171,555 Ordinary shares in which a Limited Liability 
Partnership owned by J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested 
as investment manager of undertakings for collective investment in transferable 
securities (UCITS).
