Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 25 October 2007 that, following the
disposition of a total of 750,000 ordinary shares of €1.24 each in the Company
('Shares') on 25 October 2007, Dr. Robert E. Willis now has a holding of
1,000,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.21% of the Company's issued
ordinary share Capital.
