Notice of AGM

Notification of new investor relations website

GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading provider of B2B and B2C services to the online gaming and sports betting markets,announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 were distributed today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.  An electronic copy of the GVC Report and Accounts 2011 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy are available from the Company's new investor relations website at www.gvc-plc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 24 May 2012 at the IOM Business Centre, Capital House, Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AG.

The Board recognises that the location of the AGM might make attendance difficult for some of our shareholders.  The Company therefore proposes to hold a separate investor meeting in London at 11 a.m. on Friday 25 May 2012 at the offices of Abchurch Communications at 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2.  This meeting will provide an opportunity for our private shareholders to meet the executive team.  Shareholders who would like to attend must register their interest by no later than Tuesday 22 May 2012 by contacting Abchurch Communications either by sending an email to [e-mail] or by telephone, calling 020 7398 7729.
