                              Suspension of shares

Further to the announcement of 10 September 2007, the Company announces that it
remains in discussions concerning a series of corporate transactions centred on
the international renewable energy market. However, it has been unable to
consummate an investment or other transaction that would result in the Company
having fully implemented its investing strategy, during the time-period outlined
in the 10 September announcement.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been suspended from 7am
today.

Following suspension, if the Company is unable either to complete a reverse
takeover or to implement its investing strategy within six months of the date of
suspension, the Company's listing on AIM will be cancelled. However, if the
Company does either complete a reverse takeover or implement its investing
strategy within such period, trading in the Company's shares may be restored.
