The Company was informed on 26 June 2013 that in accordance with AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g), Robin Pinchbeck, a Non-executive Director of the Company, is currently a director of Arranco 2 Limited which was placed into members' voluntary liquidation on 29 November 2012, the process of which is ongoing.
