Board changes
Enteq, the oilfield services technology and equipment supplier announces that Neil Hartley was appointed to the Board of Directors, as a Non-executive Director, and chairman of the Remuneration and Audit committees on 24 March 2020. Neil also joins as a member of the Nomination committee.
Neil brings extensive senior private equity investor and Non-executive Director experience with over 25 years in operations, professional services and as private equity principal across a diverse set of energy industry services, equipment and technology companies globally. For the last 13 years Neil was with First Reserve Corporation, a leading global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on energy. After graduating from Oxford University with an engineering degree Neil trained with Schlumberger Ltd as a Field Engineer before moving onto McKinsey & Company as a Strategic Consultant following an MBA at Harvard Business School. Neil spent time in Investment Banking with Simmons & Company International before moving to First Reserve.
Robin Pinchbeck, who has been serving as a Non-executive Director since Enteq was admitted to AIM in 2011, retired from the Board on 24 March 2020. In addition, he has relinquished his membership of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination committees.
