                               Additional Listing

Application has been made to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM')
for the admission to trading of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') in the Company. These Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, have been
allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 12 April 2007.
