Purchase of Shares by Director
The Company was notified today that on 28 March 2006 and 29 March 2006, Mr Paul
J Morgan, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total
of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 79 pence each. This represents Mr
Morgan's entire shareholding and represents 0.08 per cent of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital.
