The Company was notified on 29th March 2004 by Henderson Global Investors and
its associated companies (acting as agent for its discretionary clients)
('Henderson') that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') Henderson has an interest in 8,565,334 Ordinary Shares,
representing 7.4 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
