The Company was notified on 6 February 2004 by Commerzbank AG ('Commerzbank')
that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares
') on 5 February 2004 Commerzbank has an interest in 7,566,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 7.46 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
