The Company was notified on 23 April 2008 by Henderson Global Investors Ltd that
it holds (i) 8,127,302 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') and (ii) an interest in 1,948,267 Ordinary Shares held through Contracts 
for Difference, representing in aggregate 4.98 per cent of the issued Ordinary 
Share capital of the Company.
