The Company was notified on 4 May 2005 by Henderson Global Investors and its
associated companies, acting as agent for its discretionary clients ('Henderson
Global Investors') that, following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p
shares ('Ordinary Shares'), Henderson Global Investors has an interest in
20,404,119 Ordinary Shares representing 15.88 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
