Group Limited that they have an interest in 17,577,354 of the Company's ordinary
5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 13.67 per cent. of the issued
Ordinary Share capital.



In addition, the Company was notified on 3 June 2005 by Credit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Ltd that they have an interest in 4,091,500 of the
Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 3.18 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
