                              Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 17 June 2005 by Fidelity Investments Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, that they have an interest in 5,627,910 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 4.38 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified by Charlemagne Capital Group ('Charlemagne
') that following a purchase the Company's ordinary 5p shares, Charlemagne have
an interest in 3,951,371 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 3.07 per
cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
