The Company was notified on 8 July 2005 by C A Fiduciary Services Limited as
Trustees of The Timis Trust, that they have an interest in 8,330,887 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 6.48 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 8 July 2005 by Caldwell Associates
Limited that they no longer have a disclosable interest in the issued Ordinary
Share capital of the Company
