Director / PDMR Shareholding

EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company"), announces that it has been notified of the following transactions.

Clive Spears, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,777 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Mr. Spears has the beneficial interest of 68,032 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Nicholas Wilson, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,777 Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction, Mr. Wilson has the beneficial interest of 67,669 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Robert Quayle, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,555 Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction, Mr. Quayle has the beneficial interest of 50,128 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Hiren Patel, Partner, Finance Director and Compliance Officer of EPIC Private Equity LLP, the Investment Advisor to the Company, purchased 11,111 Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction, Mr. Patel has the beneficial interest of 189,081 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.66% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

All of the transactions above were made on 21 November 2016 at a price of 270.0p per Ordinary Share.
