Dividend Declaration

The following announcement replaces in its entirety the announcement released by the Company earlier on today:

The Directors of the Company confirm that the proposed final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2008 ('the Final Dividend') of 3.24p referred to in the announcement of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements on 2 May 2008 is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 July 2008. 

The record date for the Final Dividend is 5 December 2008. The Final Dividend will be payable on 31 December 2008 to shareholders as at close of business on 5 December 2008. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 3 December 2008.
