Dividend Announcement & AGM
In its announcement of results for the year ended 31 January 2006, the Company
announced a proposed final dividend of 4.7 pence per share. For clarification,
and consistent with past practice, this dividend will be declared by the
Directors as an interim dividend payable as follows:-
Ex-Dividend Date 7th June 2006
Record Date 9th June 2006
Pay Date 30th June 2006
Dividend per Share 4.7p
The Company's AGM will be held at the registered office which is St James's
Chambers, Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JE on the 31st July 2006 at
2pm. The AGM notifications will be sent to shareholders with copies of the
annual report and accounts.
