Intention to buy-back shares

EPE Special Opportunities Plc ("ESO" or the "Company") today announces its intention to buy-back Ordinary Shares in the market from time to time.

The actual number of Ordinary Shares purchased, the timing of purchases and the price at which Ordinary Shares are bought will depend upon prevailing market conditions. Owing to the liquidity profile of the shares, such purchases will potentially exceed the average daily volumes of the shares over the last 12 months. The repurchases will be financed using the Company's internal resources
