Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
EQTEC PLC (AIM: EQT), the energy infrastructure developer and operator which focuses on the production of clean energy in the UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that it has appointed VSA Capital ("VSA") as its joint corporate broker with immediate effect.
Gerry Madden, EQTEC Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"With its specialist focus on Alternative Energy and Cleantech, we are delighted to team up with VSA at this stage in our company's development. We look forward to working together to deliver our strategy, which in conjunction with EBIOSS Energy SE ("EBIOSS"), sets out to deploy EBIOSS's proprietary EGT Gasifier Technology in the UK Energy from Waste ("EfW") sector, both into existing Group projects and future projects in the pipeline."

"VSA will be actively looking at ways to add to the momentum already building in EQTEC. With the Company having already formed an important strategic partnership with EBIOSS, it is in an exciting position in terms of both its continuing operations, and its future development, and has a strong platform to exploit the significant opportunity currently available in the UK EfW sector through the use of its EGT technology and EBIOSS's existing contacts and pipeline."
