Result of AGM
REACT, the renewable energy developer and operator focusing on the production of clean energy in the UK and Ireland, announces that at the annual general meeting ("AGM"), held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
The Company also announces that Edward Barrett, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation today to step down from the Board, effective 15 January 2016, in order to pursue other interests. He will remain actively involved with the Company until his resignation becomes effective.
Dermot O'Connell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Eddie for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 8 years. We wish him well in his new ventures."
