Equals (AIM:EQLS), the fast-growing payments group focused on the SME marketplace, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 am (BST) on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.

The Annual Report and Accounts is already on the Company's investor relations website at www.equalsplc.com, and the notice of the AGM will be available on the Company's website shortly.
