Notice of Preliminary Results

Guildford, UK - 14 February 2023: Ergomed plc, (LSE: ERGO) ("Ergomed" or the "Company"), a company focused on providing specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry, will announce its preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2022 on Tuesday 21 March 2023.

Members of the company's Executive Management team including Dr Miroslav Reljanović (Executive Chairman), Jonathan Curtain (Chief Financial Officer) and Keith Byrne (SVP, Capital Markets & Strategy) will host an in-person briefing for analysts at 8.30am GMT on the day of the results at the offices of Peel Hunt at 100 Liverpool Street, EC2M 2AT. There will also be a live webcast and conference call with a Q&A session.
