PDMR Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 28 October that Jesper Kjaedegaard, a Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group, purchased, on 27 October 2011, 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at 121.00 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Jesper's interest in Stobart is 78,750 shares, representing 0.02% of the Group's issued share capital.
