PDMR Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 23 May that Paul Orchard-Lisle, a newly appointed Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group, purchased, on 23 May 2011, 39,777 Ordinary Shares in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at 125.25 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Paul's interest in the company is 39,777 shares, representing 0.012% of the Company's issued share capital.
