                              Directorate Changes



Stobart Group Limited ('Stobart' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that
at its Board meeting held on 29 February the following appointments to the Board
of the Company were made with effect from 1 March 2008:


Andrew Tinkler              Chief Executive Officer

William Stobart             Chief Operating Officer

Ben Whawell                 Chief Financial Officer

Richard Burrell             Non-Executive Director

Michael Kayser              Non-Executive Director

Nigel Rawlings              Non-Executive Director



The Company also announces that William Kay and Iain Stokes stepped down from
the Board of the Company with effect from 1 March 2008.

The Company is presently controlled and managed in Guernsey and has been
maintained as non UK-resident for tax purposes since its incorporation.
Following a thorough review and professional advice the Board has decided to
move the location of its central management and control of the Company to the UK
considering it to be in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders
as a whole.  The Board changes the Company has announced today are expected to
result in the Company being treated as resident in the UK for UK tax purposes
from 1 March 2008.

Further details relating to the new Directors required by rule 9.6 of the
Listing Rules will be notified as soon as practicable.



Rodney Baker Bates, Chairman of Stobart said: 'I am very pleased to welcome our
new Board members.  Michael Kayser brings valuable commercial and financial
expertise and will chair the Company's audit committee.  Andrew Tinkler, William
Stobart and Ben Whawell assume the positions on the Group Board that they
currently hold at Eddie Stobart, our principal trading subsidiary and Richard
Burrell and Nigel Rawlings join the Board as anticipated at the time of the
merger of Westbury and Stobart.

I would like to extend the Board's thanks to William and Iain, who guided the
Company throughout its time as a Guernsey-based fund and who now hand over to a
UK-based team.'
