Stobart Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Stobart Air Holdings, a company controlled by Andrew Tinkler and William Stobart, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 120p each on 22 December 2009. 

Following this transaction Stobart Air Holdings remains interested in 7,041,957 shares, representing 2.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
