The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at The St Pierre Park Hotel, Rohais, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FD on Thursday 25 June 2015 at 1.00 p.m.

·    Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting/Shareholder Circular

·    Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting
