NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS

Stobart Group, one of the UK's leading providers of multimodal logistics, incorporating transport, warehousing, engineering, airports and biomass fuels, will announce its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 28 February, on Monday 23^rd May, 2011.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 09:30hrs on Monday 23^rd May at the London Stock Exchange (Forum, Forum Gallery, Atrium and Recess 2), 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LS.
