Voting Rights and Capital
On 7 November 2013, Stobart Group Limited's capital consisted of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Group has, today, sold 6,693,291 Ordinary Shares that had been held in treasury at a price of 138 pence. Following the sale the Group holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Stobart Group Limited is 354,328,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group Limited under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
