Board change
essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, announces that Sarah Harvey, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to resign from the Board of essensys.
Sarah joined essensys' Board in May 2022 and will continue as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company until a successor is appointed to ensure a smooth handover. Sarah is subject to a twelve month notice period. A search is underway to identify and appoint a successor and the Company will provide an update in due course.
Jon Lee, essensys Chairman, said:
"I would like to thank Sarah for her significant contribution to essensys since joining our Board almost two years ago. We entered FY24 as a leaner organisation with the right operational base to help our customers deliver digitally enabled tenant experiences across their premium office footprint. We will share an update on Sarah's successor in due course. In the meantime, Sarah will remain with essensys to ensure continuity and a smooth handover."
