Essentially Group PLC (AQSE: ESSN), a leading health food company in the UAE delivering high quality nutrition (wellness shots, functional juices, lemonades, nut milks, single origin fruit juices and healthy snacks) to its customers, confirms that  the resolutions put to the General Meeting held today, 3 April 2024, at the offices of Essentially Juices Manufacturing LLC, Unit S06 & S07, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Al Khail Gate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and via digital conference call, were duly passed.
