Further to the announcement on 20 June 2019, Essentra plc is pleased to confirm the completion of the divestment of its Speciality Tapes business to certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of OpenGate Capital with effect from 28 June 2019.

The Industrial Supply business provides a wide range of branded hardware supplies to a broad base of industrial customers, largely located in the US Mid-West.
