Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Colin Day was allocated 1,938 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £5.657 each for a total consideration of £10,963.27.  Colin's total shareholding is now 254,543 which represents 0.12% of the Company's voting rights.
