Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Jon Green was allocated 670 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £5.657 each for a total consideration of £3,790.19.  Jon's total shareholding is now 98,917 which represents 0.047% of the Company's voting rights.
