Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Jon Green was allocated 569 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.1298 each for a total consideration of £4,057.  Jon's total shareholding is now 54,298 which represents 0.023% of the Company's voting rights.
