Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Matthew Gregory was allocated 72 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.1298 each for a total consideration of £513.35.  Matthew's total shareholding is now 25,238 which represents 0.0108% of the Company's voting rights.
