Essentra plc announces it has been advised that

(a)     Colin Day was allocated 1,726 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.9661 each for a total consideration of £13,750.  Colin's total shareholding is now 259,684 which represents 0.11% of the Company's voting rights.

(b)     Matthew Gregory was allocated 150 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.9661 each for a total consideration of £1,195.  Matthew's total shareholding is now 25,316 which represents 0.01% of the Company's voting rights.
