Share Transaction

Filtrona plc announces that following the satisfaction of performance conditions for share performance awards made in September 2009 and March 2010, a transfer of 129,881 shares was made to Russ Rogers under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part B on 16 April 2013.

Subsequent to such transfer, Russ Rogers sold 65,526 shares on 16 April 2013 at a price of £7.00 per share in order to settle the tax liability due on the transfer of the shares.  An additional 23,543 shares were sold at the same price.

Following these transactions Russ retained 40,812 shares.  The total holding is now 162,709 shares which represents 0.07% of the shares in Filtrona plc.
